How to Register

Form your team

Each team has two speakers and one researcher.

Pay the registration fee

Transfer the fee to the account shown on this page. Keep the transaction reference number (UTR) and a screenshot or receipt.

Fill in the registration form

One member submits the form for the whole team. Keep ready: a bona-fide letter from your institution, your payment proof, and a formal photo of each team member.

Check your email

A copy of your registration is emailed to your point of contact and to your Dean, HOD or MCC coordinator. The committee will verify your payment and confirm your registration.
